Advolly Richmond is a garden historian, TV and radio presenter and independent researcher in gardens, landscapes, plants and social history. A regular contributor on BBC Gardeners' World as well as on BBC Gardeners' Question Time, she is also the presenter of The Garden History Podcast, an A-Z. She lectures on a variety of subjects from the 16th through to 20th centuries. She is passionate about promoting garden history in all its branches and encourages people to value their garden and botanical heritage.
National Theatre Wales Feral Monster: a banging new musical celebrating teenagers and queer Wales takes to Theatr Brycheiniog’s stage this Spring on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd March 2024.
Feral Monster follows Jax and her noisy, opinionated brain as they navigate love, identity, class and family. Mashing up grime, R&B, soul, pop and rap, the soundtrack takes us from the high highs to low lows of the hormonal rollercoaster of adolescence.

WOW hello CHRISTMAS... Hold on tight, because this year has been an absolute rollercoaster of amazingness. We can't believe it's already Christmas! It feels like just yesterday we were kicking off the year with a bang and now the building is buzzing with festival cheer. Time certainly flies when you're having a fun!
Eleri, who hails from Llangollen, was selected as the joint first recipient of the Carne Traineeship for Directors in Wales. The pioneering scheme is designed to give directors with ambitions to run their own theatre a thorough training in every aspect of venue operations. The scheme is based at Theatr Clwyd, backed by the Arts Council of Wales and supported by The Carne Trust and Sir Ian McKellen. During the traineeship, Eleri was mentored by Tamara Harvey who is now Co-Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
