What's cooking?
Have you visited our new café yet? Think of a bright, light open space to enjoy a warm cuppa-tea or one of Sarah’s delicious frothy cappuccinos, not to mention one of our scrumptious hot chocolates with cream, marshmallow and topped with a flake… yum!
And as for food, our kitchen team have been hard at work to make something tasty just for you.
Perhaps you’d like one of Angus’s homemade millionaire shortbreads or a raspberry Bakewell tart?
Maybe a homemade soup is more to your liking? No problem, Elliot made some today, and it smells delicious!
…So, now that we’ve persuaded you, we’re really looking forward to you stopping by.
A little overview from a member of staff…
When you enter Theatr Brycheiniog, you will be welcomed by our Visitor Experience Team on Box Office who will point you in the direction of our café, bar or to offer you help with any show enquiries or bookings.
It is our aim in the building, to offer a kind, and helpful experience to our customers.
If you don’t already know, we have a new shop in our main foyer where we offer amazing products from our favourite local businesses. It was important to us that we offered products we loved AND products we use within the building too, such as Hill Billy Gin that we serve in our bar, cooking oil & salt we use in our kitchen and products from highly talented, local artists who we’re lucky to have as regular customers.
We’re passionate about creating a friendly community space here and are pleased to offer free open spaces in our bar for anyone to come in for warmth, to watch one of our free shows or to sit and do work.
With this open space, we offer 10% off and refillable tea & coffee, our café team are more than happy to help and will bring your drinks up to you in the bar area after you’ve ordered.
Whether you’re a new visitor or a Theatr B! regular, we always look forward to seeing you.
I generally LOVE working here because I simply love the sense of community, when we have a show on it’s amazing to see everyone come together, especially the excitement on children's faces! I LOVED Operation Julie! The music and atmosphere was incredible to be apart of, Ballet week was also amazing, you could see how impressed people were and the pure enjoyment on their faces, it really makes my job truly joyful!
