THEATR BRYCHEINIOG ARE NOW ISSUING DIGITAL TICKETS!
This is great news in lots of ways! E-tickets are contactless, easy to use and mean that we can help you avoid queues at the Box Office while you help us improve our Covid safety measures.
After booking your theatre visit, you will receive an email from us which will include your e-tickets. You can then either scan these directly from your phone upon arrival at the theatre or print them off at home and bring a paper copy with you.
If you have any questions about how to use an e-ticket, please contact our Box Office team who are more than happy to help you with any concerns you may have. However, we have put together some FAQ’s for you below.
What is an e-ticket?
E-tickets are digital QR codes that hold the same information as a ticket you would usually collect from our Box Office. QR codes are a type of square barcode which store information using tiny black and white squares which can be “read” by smartphones.
How will I receive my e-tickets?
We will send out a confirmation email with your e-tickets attached as a PDF.
How do I use my e-tickets?
When you arrive at the theatre all you need to do is open your emails, and show us your smartphone displaying your e-tickets. If you can make sure that the screen brightness is all the way up as this helps the scanners read the QR code.
What happens if I don’t have a smartphone?
If you are unable to use a smartphone for your e-tickets, please print off your ticket at home and one of our Box Office team will scan the QR code for you when you arrive at the theatre.
What if I can’t find the email with my attached e-tickets?
Please check your junk folders and any other email address you may have used. If you still can’t find our email, please contact our Box Office team and they will be able to check the details and resend the tickets to you if necessary.
I have lost my e-tickets and/or the printed version. What do I do?
Please contact Box Office immediately so they can re-issue a new e-ticket as soon as possible.
My e-ticket doesn’t tell me enough about my visit, how do I find out something I need to know?
All our e-tickets can take you directly to our website where we keep updated information about everything you need to enjoy your visit.
I don't have an email address?
Box Office can still issue physical tickets, however, because collection at Box Office is unavailable right now there will be a postage charge to send tickets to you.

We have been working hard to make our theatre as covid secure as possible! We have even developed an app, you can now order refreshments from the comfort of your own table! Our app will be live to coincide with our new eveing events for the time being, and in time our app will be live throughout the day while we are open, exciting times!
How do I use the app?
When you visit our venue you will be able to scan a QR code on our tables that will allow you to download the app and order your drinks! It's that simple!
