Box Office is open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. On performance evenings, the Box Office will remain open half an hour after the advertised start time.
Tickets for every performance promoted by Theatr Brycheiniog are subject to a 50p per ticket administration fee. This fee contributes to covering our ticket retail and secure payment processing costs.
You can book your tickets online 24 hours a day. For a more detailed look at our seating plans, please have a look at our virtual seat viewer.
Over the telephone
Give the Box Office team a call on 01874 611622 and book your tickets over the phone. They aim to answer all calls as soon as possible, but at times may be serving another customer and so unable to take your call. If you leave a voicemail message they will get back to you as soon as they can.
Pop in to Box Office, where you can pay by cash, card or National Theatre Tokens.
Reduced rates are available at many performances when you bring a party of ten or more. This excludes certain performances which are hires. Please check with Box Office for details.
If you are a schools or group organiser please contact the Box Office team to discuss your groups needs and to see what else Theatr Brycheiniog can offer you.
For most performances, excluding hires, concessions are offered for the following: under 16s, equity members, HYNT members, members of the military service, registered disabled, senior citizens 60+ and students. Please bring proof of eligibility to the performance.
Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets will not be refunded unless an event is cancelled. If you are unable to make an event which you have purchased tickets for, at the theatre's discretion your account can be credited with the value of those tickets up until 24 hours before the advertised start time of the event for a charge of £2.00 per ticket.
Discounts & Promotional Offers
Theatr Brycheiniog reserves the right to introduce and remove discounts and promotional offers at any time. They will not refund the price difference at any time in the event of tickets being purchased prior to a discount or offer being advertised or introduced.
Tickets can be posted out for those purchasing within the UK 2nd class for a charge of 75p per order. If you wish to have your tickets posted please select postage when booking online or ask while booking over the phone. For events which the theatre believe customers may try to resell tickets online at inflated rates they reserve the right to hold postage until a month before the date of the performance. If you did not opt to have your tickets posted, they will be held at Box Office until the start of the show.
