Sherlock Holmes - DANIEL LLEWELYN – WILLIAMS
Dan was born and raised in Newport, South Wales and trained at LAMDA. Since then, Dan has appeared in many TV shows including; Midsummer Murders, EastEnders, The Bill, and Doctors.
His film experience includes Vanity Fair (Miramax), Charlotte Grey (Warner Brothers), The Machine (Red and Black films) - plus several shorts and low-budget features.
He has extensive experience in theatre, having served an 11-year apprenticeship with Terry Hands’ company at Theatre Clwyd, during which he performed in many Shakespeare plays and a dozen or so modern pieces. Dan has performed lead roles with The Crucible, Regents Park, Theatre Clwyd, numerous commercial tours, and West End shows. Dan has a natural talent for comedy (Richard Hannay in 39 steps, West End) and pathos.
Dan is a writer and experienced fight director.
His one-man show, A Regular Little Houdini has toured the world extensively, picking up multiple awards and is now being adapted into a feature film. His new radio Drama series, The Astrid Chronicles, was taken on by Radio Four. Most recently Dan has been producing and performing in Brian Parks’ new play Shortlist.
He is the founder of Flying Bridge Theatre which he runs with Tim Baker.
John. H Watson - OWEN PUGH
Owen trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Based in North Wales he is delighted to be working with Black RAT Productions.
Previous work includes: Romeo and Juliet, Pinocchio, Aladdin and Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Recently he has been working with Hijinx Theatre Company on a variety of projects: the_crash.test and Metamorphosis, also working as an acting tutor for the company’s North Wales Academy.
As well as his acting work, he’s an audio describer and has audio described for: Hijinx Theatre, Theatr Clwyd, National Theatre Wales, Sherman Theatre and Aberystwyth Arts Centre.
Mrs Hudson & Others - ZOË DAVIES
Zoë was born and raised in Cardiff and trained at Rose Bruford College, London.
Zoë has been involved in researching and developing new work with established companies and creatives in Wales for over 20 years. She is absolutely thrilled to be touring around Wales with The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes!

Lestrade - PEDRO LLOYD GARDINER
Pedro moved to Wales in 2021 and trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Alongside performing he is the Creative Producer at the Awen Cultural Trust.
