Feral Monster follows Jax and her noisy, opinionated brain as they navigate love, identity, class and family. Mashing up grime, R&B, soul, pop and rap, the soundtrack takes us from the high highs to low lows of the hormonal rollercoaster of adolescence.

Get to know the comedians-

SPOTLIGHT ON: Alex Kitson

1. How did you get into comedy?

I was a massive fan as a teenager and then, when I went to university, joined the comedy society and it all snowballed from there.

2. What is your favourite thing about performing at comedy clubs?

Telling jokes onstage in front of an up for it audience is the best. Other than that, mostly backstage snacks.

3. Can you tell us a little bit about your style of comedy?

I once got reviewed as 'not chilled out' so that, basically. It's mostly observations and stories about times I've messed up

4. Do you have any funny or memorable experiences from past performances?

Loads. I've had stuff thrown at me, got forced to strip, and threatened with getting stabbed because I nearly snogged their nan. That all happened at one gig in Taunton.

5. How do you come up with new material for your shows?

Every funny thought I have, or thing that makes me laugh I write it as a note in my phone. Then I stitch them all together and keep anything that works.

6. Are there any particular topics or themes that you enjoy incorporating into your comedy?

Libel and slander.

7. What can the audience expect from your performance at Theatr B's Christmas Comedy Club?

I'm hosting, so you can expect some chat with the crowd. Probably make some ill-advised jab at some massive rugby player in the front and not survive till the second half.

8. Have you performed at Theatr B before? If so, what do you enjoy most about the venue? If not what are you most excited about?

I've never even been to Brecon before! But the crowds in this part of the world are super fun so looking forward to the gig itself and hanging out with the other acts on the bill because they're great.

9. What is your favourite Christmas film OR song?

'Feliz Navidad' is my favourite Christmas song because it's starts off in Spanish - then gives up and says pretty much the same thing again just in English which I think is funny. It's like a Welsh road sign but in music form.

10. Is there anything else you'd like to share with the audience before the show?

I am on social media @AlexKitson0 ( Twitter / Instagram) and I'm also a writer and I'm bringing out a book next year which people should buy!

SPOTLIGHT ON: Andy Field

1. How did you get into comedy?

I was abducted several years ago and my captors force me to write and perform stand up comedy for their own perverse gratification.

2. What is your favourite thing about performing at comedy clubs?

Whenever I'm not gigging I'm kept in a small dark room so I love gigging because it allows me to get outside and breathe the fresh air.

3. Can you tell us a little bit about your style of comedy?

Quite irreverent and silly. I love a short joke as much as a rambling anecdote. Though most of my material does revolve around how I'm a hostage and I need help.

4. Do you have any funny or memorable experiences from past performances?

After a gig at an Arts Centre in Lowestoft I managed to escape my captors by living off the land for over 3 weeks but they eventually found me again and took me back to my room.

5. How do you come up with new material for your shows?

If I don't constantly come up with new jokes I am brutally disciplined.

6. Are there any particular topics or themes that you enjoy incorporating into your comedy?

I really would love to be rescued so I can not be a hostage any more, so I often talk about how much I wish anyone would help me. I fear people think I'm joking when I tell them that I'm being held captive, so they don't do anything, but I am so serious.

7. What can the audience expect from your performance at Theatr B's Christmas Comedy Club?

It should be a really fun show with a great line up. I'll be under close watch both before and after the show but when I'm on that stage, it's just me being me, and I cannot wait.

8. Have you performed at Theatr B before? If so, what do you enjoy most about the venue? If not what are you most excited about?

It'll be my first time! I'm really looking forward to it. It's a fair distance from where I'm kept so the long car journey adds to how long I get to spend outside. I might even be out all day. It's a dream come true.

9. What is your favourite Christmas film OR song?

Shrek The Halls

10. Is there anything else you'd like to share with the audience before the show?

I am totally serious about my situation and I desperately need your help.
