
Peter Aliss is a national treasure. From his entry into the world (when his birth weight broke the European record at the time (14lbs, 11oz fact fans) right through to his eight Ryder Cup appearances and on into the commentary box where his relaxed and anecdotal style have won him many fans.
Basically, he's an all-round good egg and he's bringing his wit and off-the-cuff humour to Theatr Brycheiniog on Wednesday 20 October. Tickets available here.

Criw Cymru is a pan-Wales initiative focusing on developing urban arts skills for young participants. Theatr Brycheiniog, Millennium Centre (Cardiff), Galeri (Caernarfon) and Aberystwyth Arts Centre are working to deliver participative workshops for young people 11-18 in North, Mid and South Wales, and work with Sadler's Wells London to gain access to the very best workshop leaders and performers from across the UK. On Tuesday 29 June, the Arts Council of Wales (ACW) announced the results of its Investment Review.
Theatr Brycheiniog is delighted that it is to be one of the 71 Welsh arts organisations that will continue to be funded by ACW.
The theatre now looks forward to meeting with colleagues at ACW to consider its future activity and funding priorities in more detail.
