By booking these tickets you acknowledge that that you are providing your personal details, and those in your party (aged 18 and over), and you are giving permission for us to hold this data for 21 days after the event.
This is a Track & Trace precaution should an individual test positive for Covid-19 following the event. We are collecting this information as part of our lawful basis for processing personal data. Our lawful basis for processing this data is that we have clear consent to process the data, it is necessary for us to process this data in order for us to comply with the law, this processing of data is necessary to protect lives, and that the processing of this data is necessary for us to perform a task in the public interest. This data will only be shared with Theatr Brycheiniog, Powys County Council & Welsh Government.
All communications, information and ticketing prior to the event will be done digitally or over the phone via nominated team members from the marketing department and box office team. A member of box office staff will act as 'front of house' during the event to signpost audience members, receive proof of admission and record any additional information that may be required and varies from that held on record from the details taken at the point of sale booking.
Theatr Brycheiniog are now issuing digital e-tickets. After booking tickets to the test venue, audience members will receive an email from us which will include the e-tickets. These will then be scanned directly from a smartphone upon arrival at the test even by a member of our box office team. If an audience member is unable to use a smartphone they may print off their ticket. All our e-tickets also take visitors directly to our website where we keep updated information about the latest covid safety regulations.
All children attending the event are the responsibility of the accompanying adult who must ensure their children are properly supervised at all times.
Stewards will be available during the event in case of emergency.
What to expect on the night
When you arrive for the event please enter though the large doors (opposite the park) just follow the arrows around the building!
A friendly member of staff will take your track and trace information then show you to your table, where you will watch the event.
If you have pre-ordered your food it will be served shortly, but if you haven't pre ordered don’t worry - we have a new app!
You must stay seated at your table throughout the performance unless you need to use our toilet facilities.
Q: How do I give Track & Trace information?
A: You will be sent a link in your checkout email where you can submit the information in advance of attending. We would appreciate this to reduce your checking in time on the day. Q:What time should we arrive?
A: Doors open an hour prior to the show and you will be seated when you arrive
Q: The members in my group have changed since giving our details to Box Office
A: We will confirm Track & Trace information ‘on the door’ and can make changes to our records - please have ID ready for all adults (18+)
Q: What type of ID is required for Track & Trace?
A: As proof of ID you can use your passport, driving license, utility bills, or bank cards.
Q: Can I buy food/drinks there?
A: You can preorder your food online with your ticket, as well as bottles of wine or a bucket of beer. We also have a new app to order food from your table on the night.
