Box Office Update
We value every audience member and appreciate your patience during these difficult times. However, we will need you to bear with us for a bit longer while all our staff are furloughed, and then slowly return to work.
When our Box Office reopens it will be with minimal staffing and we expect a high volume of enquiries. Please be reassured that our tickets will automatically be valid for the new date (with the same seats) and of course, if for any reason you cannot make it, then a refund will be due.
However, these are extreme circumstances and when our box office reopens, if a large percentage of our audiences require a refund, this will either take us a long time to service or plunge us into further financial difficulty.
If you do require a refund, please provide all your details to the Box Office when this becomes possible. All refunds will be internally escalated to our finance team who will then process your refund as soon as possible. Please be aware that our Finance team will also be unfurloughed gradually and restricted working hours may be in place for all our staff.
