Pilates Based Back Care
Weekly Monday 10.30am & Wednesday 5.45pm
A gentle Pilates – based exercise class which focuses on good posture, balance, use of core muscles and stretches to get stiff backs moving again and help keep participants fit and mobile. Suitable for all, clients are welcome to work at their own pace.
