Theatr Brycheiniog seeks a Duty Manager to join the venue's Front Of House team. The Duty Manager must have the ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent standards of customer care within a multi cultural and diverse work environment. The Duty Manager will be the primary contact between Theatr Brycheiniog and the public, community users, visiting companies and the emergency services whilst on shift. Good computer skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Setting up areas for private hire bookings and maintaining high standards of housekeeping are mandatory parts of the job, therefore a good standard of physical fitness is required. Previous experience working with the public is essential due to the nature of this post. Applicants must have a flexible approach to work with daytime, evening, weekend and Bank Holiday shifts to be expected.
