Vacancy - Chief Executive

This is a newly created post for an inspirational leader to develop the future of Theatr Brycheiniog by defining, articulating and communicating a strong vision and building successful and effective partnerships.

Theatr Brycheiniog, set in the historic town of Brecon at the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced Chief Executive who will:

·         be a clear strategic thinker with significant experience in fundraising and development

·         have demonstrable expertise in business planning and operational management of all areas of the company including management of change and capital projects

·         have a good knowledge of the arts in Wales and the UK.
