The Box Office opening hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Sunday or 30 minutes after the advertised start time on performance nights.
There is a 50p booking fee on tickets bought online, in person and over the phone.

You can pay by cash cheque or National Theatre Tokens as well as most major debit or credit cards
Send a cheque with a letter of what is required (date and title of show) along with your name, address and a contact telephone number. The cheque should be made payable to Theatr Brycheiniog. Please include 75p in the payment for postage and 50p booking fee for each ticket purchased.
If you book 10 or more tickets you will get the 11th ticket free of charge. This applies to most events – some hires are excluded. For larger bookings contact the Box Office.
Under 16s, students, senior citizens, claimants of disability benefits, registered unwaged and equity members. Proof of eligibility will be required. Concessions apply to most events – some hires are excluded
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only given when an event has been cancelled. If you are unable to make an event then the tickets may be exchanged (subject to availability) for another performance of the same event. There is an administration charge of £2 to do this. If a show is sold out, The Box Office can offer to re-sell the ticket. If sold there is a £2 administration charge per ticket, and the ticket will be issued as a credit note.
