Unless indicated otherwise, concessions are available of you are under 16, a student, a senior citizen (60 yrs+), registered disabled, an Equity member or registered unwaged. Please bring proof of eligibility to the performance. Reduced rates are available at many performances when you bring a party of ten or more. Free tickets for Under 26s are provided for most professional shows (limited availability and subject to fair use policy). Under 2s go free but must sit in lap. If seat required for Under 2s, they are to be purchased at concessionary rate. For further information about concessions, please contact box office.

Theatr Brycheiniog is committed to offering concessionary tickets in order to improve access to live performance for many different people in our community. Theatr Brycheiniog regrets that offering concessions is not always possible because of the way certain shows are contracted but strives at all times to offer the best possible value.


booking fee

Every ticket for every performance promoted by Theatr Brycheiniog is subject to a 50p booking fee. This fee contributes to covering our ticket retail and secure payment processing costs. With other revenues, the booking fee helps us to continue to invest in our the services that we provide - eg the refurbishment of the building. Customers may wish to make an additional contribution by way of a charitable donation of £1 or more.


refunds & exchanges

Tickets may not be refunded unless an event is cancelled. Tickets may be exchanged for different tickets for the same show. A £2.00 fee per ticket will be charged for exchanges.

Theatr Brycheiniog is governed by the following Terms & Conditions and by purchasing tickets, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Tickets will not be posted out within two weeks of an event - they should be picked up at the theatre in advance or on the night.

  • Theatr Brycheiniog vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

  • Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of venue staff and at an appropriate interval. No refund will be given for customers who miss parts of performances due to lateness.

  • Cameras or any other recording devices are not permitted. Any attempted use of recording devices will result in immediate removal from the theatre, forfeiture of the device and may subject you to criminal and civil liability.

  • All mobile phones should be switched off fully before entering the theatre.

  • Theatr Brycheiniog management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.

  • Theatr Brycheiniog management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
