Unless indicated otherwise, concessions are available of you are under 16, a student, a senior citizen (60 yrs+), claiming disability benefit, an Equity member or registered unwaged. Please bring proof of eligibility to the performance. Reduced rates are available at many performances when you bring a party of ten or more. Tickets may not be refunded unless an event is cancelled. Tickets may be exchanged for different tickets for the same show. A 2.00 fee per ticket will be charged for exchanges.
Theatr Brycheiniog is governed by the following Terms & Conditions and by purchasing tickets, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.
Tickets may not be refunded unless an event is cancelled. A £2.00 fee per tickets will be charged for re-sells or exchanges.
Please note that from April 2009 on selected shows, a fee (50p) is included in the total advertised brochure price. This fee is allocated directly at point of sale and will not feature on the printed ticket. This fee will be used to support the theatre's education and outreach activity and customers may wish to make an additional contribution by way of a charitable donation.
Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of venue staff and at an appropriate interval.
Cameras or any other recording devices are not permitted. Any attempted use of recording devices will result in immediate removal from the theatre, forfeiture of the device and may subject you to criminal and civil liability.
All mobile phones should be switched off fully before entering the theatre.
Theatr Brycheiniog management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
Theatr Brycheiniog management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
